Terms of Use
The website published under the avaz.digital domain (the "Site") is operated by Avaz Dijital Yazılım A.Ş. ("Avaz Digital", the "Company"), registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry under number 1136216. By accessing the Site and/or benefiting from the content and services offered through it, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of use set out below. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue your use of the Site.
01Definitions
"Site" refers to all pages published under the avaz.digital domain and its sub-domains; "User" refers to any natural or legal person who visits the Site or benefits from any service offered through it; "Content" refers to all materials on the Site, including text, images, logos, video, audio, code, design and databases.
02Intellectual Property Rights
All Content on the Site belongs to Avaz Digital or is used by Avaz Digital under licence, and is protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property and applicable international legislation. The User may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, commercially exploit or transfer the Content to third parties without Avaz Digital's prior written consent. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies in case of infringement.
03Conditions of Use
The User undertakes to use the Site solely in a manner consistent with the law, ethical standards and these terms. The User shall not engage in activities that disrupt the operation of the Site, compromise its security or unreasonably consume its system resources; nor may the User deploy malicious software, carry out automated data collection (scraping) or attempt unauthorised access.
04Services & Proposals
The services presented on the Site (web development, mobile applications, AI/LLM projects, UI/UX design, AI video/image/audio production, etc.) do not constitute a binding offer. A contractual relationship is established only through a separate service agreement mutually signed between the parties.
05Disclaimer
The Site and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available". Avaz Digital exercises reasonable care to keep the Content current, accurate and uninterrupted, but gives no express or implied warranty in this respect. Avaz Digital shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from access to or use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Avaz Digital has no control over the content, privacy practices or security of these sites and cannot be held responsible for them.
07Protection of Personal Data

08Right to Amend
Avaz Digital reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these Terms of Use and the Site's content without prior notice. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on the Site; the User is responsible for keeping up to date with any changes.
09Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these terms shall be governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the resolution of such disputes.
