Avaz Dijital Yazılım Anonim Şirketi ("Avaz Digital", the "Company") acts as the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and takes utmost care to process your personal data lawfully. This notice explains how we process personal data belonging to visitors of our website, users of our contact forms, clients and business partners — including the purposes of processing, recipients of data and the rights you hold under Article 11 of KVKK.

02Personal Data Collected
We process: name and surname, e-mail address, optional phone number, company information, subject line and message content submitted via our contact form; invoicing and identity information in the course of a contractual relationship; and technical data automatically transmitted by your browser such as IP address, browser type, operating system, visit timestamps and page interaction records.
03Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed in order to respond to your requests and inquiries, manage proposal and contract workflows, deliver our digital production services, manage client relationships, ensure the security and performance of the website, comply with our legal obligations (tax, commercial law, etc.) and develop our activities within our legitimate interests.
04Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5/2 of KVKK, namely: necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and pursuit of our legitimate interests. Where none of these apply, processing is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent.
05Data Transfers
In line with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, your data may be shared — strictly to the extent required by the purpose of processing — with our infrastructure providers (hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics, payment systems), legally authorised public authorities, our accountant and legal counsel. Cross-border transfers are made only where the conditions of KVKK Article 9 are satisfied.
06Method of Collection
Personal data is collected through automated or semi-automated means such as our website, contact forms, e-mail, telephone and face-to-face meetings; as well as through non-automated means such as contracts, business cards and partner platforms.
07Retention Period
Personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing or by the statutory limitation periods set out in relevant legislation (for example, 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law). At the end of these periods, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Avaz Digital implements administrative and technical safeguards — including encryption, access controls, firewalls, regular backups and staff awareness training — to protect personal data against unlawful access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

As a data subject you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used consistently with that purpose; know the third parties within or outside Türkiye to whom data has been transferred; request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK; require that rectification/deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to adverse outcomes arising from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

To exercise your rights under KVKK Article 11, please send your request — together with documents verifying your identity — to info@avaz.digital or in writing to Şehit Muhtar Mah. Mis Sk. No: 24 Apt No: 28 Beyoğlu / İstanbul. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest; where a separate cost is incurred, the fee set by the KVKK Board may apply.
